Brandon is an outstanding trainer who has helped me build strength, improve endurance and stay consistent with my fitness routine. His workouts are always well thought out, challenging without being overwhelming and tailored to my goals. He’s great at keeping me motivated, correcting my form and making sure i’m progressing safely. While I came to improve my running, I have noticed gains across the board - more energy, strength and overall confidence in my fitness. I’d highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive trainer.

I always stuck to classes as i was so worried and intimidated about using gym equipment. Not only has working with Brandon meant that i’m now so much more comfortable in a gym environment, but I’ve seen significant changes in my strength and body shape.
